- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ tsp sugar
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 8 cups fresh baby spinach (About 6 oz)
- 6 large hard boiled eggs, chopped
- ½ lb sliced fully cooked ham, cur into strips.
- 4 cups iceberg lettuce torn up. (About 1/2 of a head of lettuce)
- 2 ½ cups frozen petite peas (about 10 oz), thawed, optional)
- 1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 8 oz Sliced Swiss Cheese, cut into strips
- ½ lb bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- For dressing, mix the first 5 ingredients.
- In a 3 quart or larger glass bowl, layer the spinach, ham, lettuce, eggs, peas. And if you desire it, onion.
