Salmon croquettes or patties are surprisingly easy to make and do not require a lot of preparation, or a lot of time to make and cook them. Similar to how I mix my meatloaf, I also get to use my hands for this dish.

When fixing this dish you can literally just basically pour all of your ingredients together in the same bowl. After mixing all the ingredients together, you would then just take the mixture and mold the mixture into patties.

While you are molding your patties, you could possibly get more than my usual four patties, I love my Salmon croquettes or patties to be a nice size, I normally will only get about four from each 12 oz can of Salmon.

I am so impressed with how well these patties turned out. I stood near the stove and actually inhaled the aroma of the salmon patties cooking. While watching the Salmon croquettes or patties turning a beautiful shade of medium brown, I could not do anything but smile.

I am really so very happy with the way that they did turn out. Try not to place too much oil in the skillet, to cook the salmon croquettes or patties.
