Tips for the Perfect Slider Bake
Drain the Beef Well: Make sure to thoroughly drain the grease from your ground beef after browning it. This simple step keeps the bottom buns from soaking up too much oil, ensuring your sliders stay perfectly soft rather than soggy.
The Melted Butter Glaze: Before tossing the dish into the oven, brush the tops of the rolls with a little melted butter, garlic powder, and sesame seeds. This gives the buns a beautiful bakery-style shine and an extra crunch.
Keep It Covered First: Bake the sliders covered with foil for the first few minutes to melt the cheese completely without burning the tops of the rolls. Then, remove the foil for the last few minutes to let the buns turn a gorgeous golden brown.
