Ingredients 

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • confectioners sugar
  • lemon wedges
  • syrup
  • fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°. Place butter in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet. then place the skillet in the oven until the butter is melted about 3 minutes.
  • In the blender, process the flour, eggs, milk, nutmeg, and sugar until smooth and no lumps.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared skillet.
  • Bake at 425°, until puffed and lightly browned about 18 minutes.
  • Dust with some confectioners' sugar. Serve with lemon wedges, and if desired syrup and raspberries.
