Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°. Place butter in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet. then place the skillet in the oven until the butter is melted about 3 minutes.
In the blender, process the flour, eggs, milk, nutmeg, and sugar until smooth and no lumps.
Pour the mixture into the prepared skillet.
Bake at 425°, until puffed and lightly browned about 18 minutes.
Dust with some confectioners' sugar. Serve with lemon wedges, and if desired syrup and raspberries.
