  • 1 drainer
  • 1 small saucepan
  • 1 large bowl
  • 1 2 quart baking dish (with a lid)

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 7 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 2 Tbsp onion, diced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsps fresh parsley, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • In a large skillet brown the sausage. Drain the sausage, and discard of the drippings.
  • In a small saucepan heat the milk over medium heat until bubbles form around the sides of the pan.
  • In a large bowl combine the sausage the heated milk, and the remaining ingredients.
  • Transfer into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  • Cover and bake for about 40 minutes, until lightly browned.
