Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a bowl whisk together the first 4 ingredients.
In another bowl whisk the mayonnaise and milk until blended.
Add to the dry ingredients, only stirring until moistened. (The batter will be thick)
Spoon ¼ cup of mixture into each of the 12 greased or paper lined muffin cups.
Bake until they are golden browned for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool for about 5 minutes before removing from the muffin pan and transferring to wire rack. Serve them warm.
