  • 1 masher or fork to mash the eggs

Ingredients 

  • 12 hard-boiled large eggs
  • 4 tsp dill pickle relish
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsps fresh dill, snipped
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Cut the eggs lengthwise in half. Remove the yolks, reserving the whites.
  • In a bowl, mash the yolks. Stir in all the remaining ingredients except for the paprika.
  • Spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
  • Refrigerate, covered for at least 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with Paprika.
