Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°.
Place the broccoli in a large bowl.
Whisk lemon juice, salt, ⅛ pepper, and oil, until blended well. Then drizzle the mixture over the broccoli and toss to coat completely.
Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking pan.
Roast about 15 minutes or until it is tender. Transfer to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with the almonds, remaining pepper, and lemon zest. Toss to combine.
