Ingredients 

  • 24 fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 pkg (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 3 Tbsps butter softened
  • 1 Tbsp Mrs Dash Onion and herb seasosning blend
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 oz prosciutto or deli ham, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°.
  • Mix the butter, garlic salt, and seasoning blend.
  • Unfold the puff pastry sheets onto a lightly floured surface. Spread each with 1 ½ tbsp of the butter mixture, and sprinkle with ½ cup of cheese.
  • Top with prosciutto, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut each sheet into 12 strips (about ½-inch thick).
  • Wrap each strip, filling side in, around an asparagus spear.
  • Place on parchment paper lined baking sheets.
  • Bake until the wraps golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve them warm.
