Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ lbs fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°. Place the green beans in a 15x10x1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray,
  • Mix the oil, salt, and italian seasoning, drizzle this mixture over the green beans. Toss to coat , then roast for 10 minutes, stirring only once.
  • Add the tomatoes to the pan. Roast until the green beans are crisp and tender, and the tomatoes are softened about 4 to 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
