Instructions
In a skillet, saute the celery, peppers, and onion in butter over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Remove from the heat, and set aside.
In a saucepan, bring the broth to a full broil. Remove from the heat.
Quickly stir in the rice, celery mixture, salt and pepper.
Cover and let stand for about 6 to 7 minutes. Stir before serving.
