Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a large bowl mix the sour cream, salt, pepper, condensed soup. Now it is time to stir in the potatoes, cheese, and onion.
Transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl mix the crushed cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle this over the potato mixture.
Bake uncovered for about 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
