Equipment

  • 1 small bowl
  • 1 large spoon
  • 1 spatula
  • 8 freezer pop molds or paper cups (3 oz each)
  • 8 wooden pop sticks
  • aluminum foil
  • 1 knife
  • 1 drainer

Ingredients 

  • 3 cartons (5.3 oz each) vanilla greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup granola without raisins
  • freezer pop molds or paper cups (3 oz each) and wooden pop sticks
  • 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches in extra light syrup or juice, drained and chopped

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, yogart, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fold in the granola.
  • Divide half of the yogurt mixture among the molds or paper cups.
  • Top half of the peaches, and repeat the layers.
  • Top the molds with the holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through the foil.
  • Freeze until firm.
