Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Combine the butter, honey, and syrup. Drizzle over the oat mixture and stir until well coated.
Pour into a 13x9 inch greased baking pan. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack. Crumble the granola into pieces.
Combine all the fruits into a large bowl.
For each parfait layer 2 tbsps of yogurt, 2 tbsp of granola, 3 rounded tbsp of fruit in a parfait glass or a desert bowl.
Repeat layers. Sprinkle with remaining granola. Serve the parfaits immediately.
