Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the crushed pineapple and marshmallows.
Set aside until marshmallows are softened, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another small bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir into marshmallow mixture. Fold in cherries and walnuts.
In a bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold into pineapple mixture.
Spoon into a 6 cup mold, and freeze overnight.
Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes , and unmold onto a serving plate when ready to serve.
Notes
You can omit the walnuts if you have a nut allergy like I do.
