Instructions
Dissolve the berry blue gelatin in 1 cup f boiling water. Then stir in 1 cup of cold water.
Add the blueberries, and pour into a 3 quart serving bowl. Refrigerate till firm about 1 hour.
In a saucepan, sprinkle the envelope of unflavored gelatin over ½ cup of cold water. and let this stand for about 1 minute.
Add the sugar and cream. Cook and stir over low heat until fully dissolved.
Cool to room temperature. Now, whisk in the vanilla and sour cream.
Spoon over the blue layer. Refrigerate until firm.
Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in the remaining hot water. Stir in the remaining cold water.
Add the raspberries. Spoon over the cream layer. Chill until it is set.
Top with the whipped topping and berries if desired.
