Ingredients 

  • ¾ cups orange marmalade
  • 6 Tbsp orange juice
  • cup butter, cubed
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 cans (14 ½ oz each) sliced beats, drained
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, combine the first ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, cook and stir until the mixture is thickened about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add the beets, cook and stir consistently until most of the liquid is absorbed about 6 to 8 minutes longer.
