Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a bowl, combine soup, soy sauce, milk, and pepper. Gently stir in the green beans.
Spoon half of the mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the onions.
Spoon with the remaining of the bean mixture over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
Bake until heated through and onions are brown and crispy for about 30 to 35 minutes.
