Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a skillet brown the pork chops in the oil on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Alternate the pork chops and the stuffing lengthwise in a greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered for about 1 hour.
