  • 2 pkg (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  • Bake until edges are lightly browned for about 35 to 40 minutes.
