⅓cupoil-packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 ⅛cupsbeef broth
1tspcornstarch
1⅛TbspItalian seasoning
1garlic clove, minced
½cupsliced ripe-olives, drained

Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the eat in oil in batches. drain.
Transfer to a 6 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with italian seasoning, garlic and salt. Top with tomatoes and olives. Add the onions and broth.
Cook covered on low until the meat is tender for about 6 to 8 hours.
With a slotted spoon, remove the beef and onions to a serving platter, and keep it warm.
Pour the cooking juices into a small saucepan. Combine the cornstarch and water until smooth. Gradually stir into cooking juices. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until thickened about 2 minutes.
Spoon over the beef mixture, and serve.
