Equipment

  • 2 shallow bowl
  • 1 15x10x1 inch baking pan
  • 1 large spoon
  • 1 grater

Ingredients 

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves (7 oz. each )
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine butter, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
  • Place bread crumbs and cheese in another shallow bowl. Dip the chicken in the butter mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture, patting to help the coating to adhere.
  • Place in an ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  • Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.
  • Bake the chicken, uncovered until a thermometer inserted in the chicken reads 165°, for about 25 to 30 minutes.
