Instructions
Place the ham in a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker.
In a small saucepan, mix the lemon juice and cornstarch until smooth.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour over the ham, making sure to cover completely.
Cook, covered on low for 6-8 hours. A thermometer inserted into the ham should read at least 140°.
