Instructions
In a large stockpot, saute the celery, carrots, and onions in butter until tender.
Stir in the broth, chicken and the seasonings, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat .
Add the noodles and cook until tender about 10 minutes. Then sprinkle with the minced parsley and serve.
