  • 2 15x10x1 inch baking pan
  • 1 large spoon

Ingredients 

  • 18 bacon strips,(1 lb)
  • 3 cups crushed cornflakes
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsps ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • In a large bowl combine the milk, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.
  • Add the bacon strips, turning to coat. Dip the bacon slices in the crushed cornflakes.
  • Make sure the coating adheres to the bacon strips by patting it on.
  • Place the bacon on the 2 wire racks. Place each rack on one of the ungreased baking pans.
  • Place both pans in the oven, and bake until golden brown and crisp.
  • Rotate the pans halfway through baking for about 20 to 25 minutes.
