  • 1 large spoon
  • 1 2 quart baking dish

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 pkg (16 oz each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1 can (6 oz) french fried onions, divided
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°.
  • In a large saucepan combine the soup, 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, and 1 ¼ cups of onion.
  • Heat through over medium heat for about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir until blended. Stir in the broccoli, and transfer to the greased 2 quart aking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for about 25 to 30 minutes or until it is bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining onions and cheese. Continue to bake until the cheese is melted for about 10 to 15 minutes.
