Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°.
In a large bowl combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and the pecans. Add the butter and mix well.
Spread in a thin layer in a 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden. Stir occasionally. Crumble while warm and cool.
Press half of the crumb mixture into a 13x9 inch dish. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce. Spread with the ice cream.
Top with the remaining caramel sauce. and the crumble mixture. Cover and freeze until it is firm.
Remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
